Annual General Meeting 2021
21, SepMargam Park Marine Modelling Club, will hold a club AGM at 10.00am on Saturday 16th October 2021. The venue is detailed below.
A COVID 19 Risk Assessment has been completed in accordance with current Welsh Government regulations and advice. A copy of the Risk Assessment will be available to view at the AGM if required.
In consequence to the risk assessment the following should be noted:
- Face Masks required unless exempt.
- Temperature Check upon arrival.
- Social distancing as in force at the time.
- Hand Sanitizer upon arrival.
- Refreshments will not be available, though members may bring their own.
- Toilet Facilities will be available.
A provisional agenda is attached. Should you believe other matters should be included please advise as soon as possible.

NB. Limited parking only at the venue. Street parking is available.
